These booking rates are valid from 19th March, 2025 until 16th March 2026. GST has been included in all rates.
The bookings rates can be found in the members only area of the website.
To access the members only area click on the arrow under the membership tag and then click on members and put in the required password.
If you do not know the password please contact the Secretary.
Bookings are from 12noon on arrival date until 11am on departure date.
Staying at Yalara requires a member’s approval. Applications without member’s approval will not be considered, and members will be contacted for confirmation.
Please read the Booking Rules Updated 202507 before finalising your application.
Please note: Bookings requested or recommended by unfinancial members will not be considered.
Discount for group bookings
In the summer season all weekly bookings that add up to more than $1,800 will be eligible for a 50 per cent reduction on all money owed in excess of $1,800.
Children’s bookings
See Booking Rule 19 for definition of children. Details of school and class or age of younger children must be supplied to obtain this concession.
Summer Bookings
Please note: In Summer a non-member booking minimum is $160 per night to cover lodge running costs.
At the discretion of the Booking Manager and only in the Summer season the whole Lodge may be booked out exclusively by a member.
The rate to be charged is the summer member booking rate of the remaining beds of that booking being the difference between the allowable number of guests (24) minus the number of guests
booked.
